If You Don’t Plan On Creating a Digital Marketing Portfolio, NOW. When?

Can you spare just 30 minutes across a few days?


I am sorry to break the news to you but if you keep saying ‘you don’t have time’, you'll never get around to doing it.


How many times have you said to yourself…


  • I’ll do it tomorrow…

  • When my calendar clears up I’ll block off some time to do it…

  • Let’s just get this month out of the way…

  • I need to plan more for it…

  • I need to do more research on it…

  • I don’t have time to learn the new tool…

  • My projects aren't good enough to show people…

  • I’ll start at the weekend…


Sorry, these are all just excuses. If you’re an aspiring digital marketer looking for work or a more experienced marketer jumping back into the market, creating a digital marketing portfolio should be top of the list of things to do, it really should.


If you are serious about your career in marketing you CAN make time.


I’d go as far to say that if you don’t make time, you could look back and regret it. And this doesn't just apply to your digital marketing portfolio, it could also apply to your CV, especially if that needs updating.


Finding time means blocking, say just 30 minutes, if that’s all you can spare, heck - even if it’s 5 minutes a day it all adds up.


Over the course of a few weeks, you’ll have something that can help you and your career.


If not now in 2022, when?
